1/3 cup of papaya
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of mango (frozen)
1/3 avocado
1/2 medium banana (frozen)
10 almonds
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1/2 medium orange
